| The contract is available for trading on the NYMEX ClearPort® trading platform from 7:00 PM Sundays through 2:30 PM Fridays, with a 45-minute break each day between 2:30 PM and 3:15 PM. Off-Exchange transactions can be submitted solely for clearing to the NYMEX ClearPort® clearing website as an exchange of futures for swaps (EFS) or exchange of futures for physicals (EFP) transaction until 2:40 PM, Mondays through Thursdays, and until 4:30 PM on Fridays and the day preceding a holiday. |

| Monday through Friday, excluding North American Electric Reliability Council (NERC) holidays. |

| Termination of Trading |
|
| Trading shall cease on the business day that is the peak day. When the business day is not the peak day, trading shall cease on the previous business day. |

| Settlement |

Financial, based on the arithmetic average of the hourly Cinergy hub real-time locational marginal price (LMP) for peak hours provided by Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator (MISO).
For peak days that are not also business days, cash-settlement will take place on the business day immediately preceding this day. |
